We are looking for students who want to join our Students Operations Team in our new Aarhus team!
Who are we
At Female Leadership Academy, we’re on a mission to increase diversity in leadership. We launched our first Academy back in 2020, and since then we’ve helped over +5000 students and professionals develop their leadership skills and get a head-start in their careers.
The role
We are looking for students to join our team, and help plan and facilitate our Students Academies. You will be responsible for brainstorming and developing content for the Academy, which happens each semester. You’ll be communicating with participants, speakers, and our multiple business partners, as well as acquiring new partners and sponsors, and creating new material for our participants.
Who we think you are
You are currently studying at a Danish university with a minimum of two semesters left in your degree, and want to be a part of a mission-led organisation, consisting of passionate students and young professionals. We highly value motivation and hope for experience with planning and executing events. Most importantly, we expect that you are able to take ownership of your tasks and are eager to create great experiences for FLA participants.
Time
We expect approx. 5-10 hours per week spent working closely with other members of the operations team, as well as occasional meetings with the broader FLA team. The workload may vary depending on the workload, and it is significantly lower during exam periods.
