Who are we?
At Female Leadership Academy, we’re on a mission to increase diversity in leadership. We launched our first Academy back in 2020, and since then we’ve helped over 400 students and professionals develop their leadership skills and get a head-start in their careers.
The role
You will contribute to the planning and development of content for our digital channels and showcasing our ongoing activities and events. You will specifically be lead on promoting our student academy and have close communication with the operations team planning the academy.

We value relevant experiences and studies, but most importantly we expect you to be driven to learn and support Female Leadership Academy on our mission to increase diversity in leadership.
We specifically seek someone who loves creating social content, is interested in strategic communications, and is passionate about taking FLA’s social media channels to the next level.
The Team
The marketing team consists of a Head of Marketing and PR two marketing project managers, one connected to Networks team and one connected to the Professional Academy team. Furthermore the team consist of a PR Lead, Creative Specialist, and Podcast Speicalist. You will also take part in creating content and developing communication strategies regarding the organisation as a whole.
Working hours
We expect approx. 5 – 10 hours per week. This will vary depending on the workload in the organisation, your exam periods and other responsibilities.
