We launched our first Academy back in 2020, and since then we’ve helped over +10,000 students and professionals develop their leadership skills and get a head-start in their leadership careers. Students for the Student Operations Team

We are looking for students to join our Student Operation Team, where our primary goal is to plan and execute our Student Academy. You will be responsible for brainstorming and developing content for the Academy, which happens each semester in spring and fall. Together with the team you will be communicating with participants, speakers, and our multiple business partners, as well as acquiring new partnerships and sponsors.

Student Ambassador Aarhus

As a Student Ambassador, you will play a vital role in bringing the Female Leadership Academy (FLA) closer to the student community in Aarhus. You’ll help strengthen awareness of our mission, promote our events and academies, and foster meaningful engagement with students across universities. You will take part in planning and executing initiatives to promote the Students’ Academy Info Night and the Academies themselves, including organizing coffee handouts and other activities on campus.

You want to be part of a team of highly engaged volunteers and help the organisation grow. You are curious, eager to learn, and independently driven. We value relevant experiences and studies, but most importantly we expect you to be driven to learn and support Female Leadership Academy on our mission to increase diversity in leadership.

Student Ambassador Copenhagen

You want to be part of a team of highly engaged volunteers who believe deeply in the purpose of FLA. You want to help amplify the FLA mission at your university (CBS, KU, ITU, DTU, RUC) to increase diversity in leadership. You are also super organized and detail-oriented, love making connections, and building networks.

Marketing Manager Aarhus

In this role, you will help shape FLA’s local presence in Aarhus by creating and coordinating content that supports our mission and activities. Working closely with the Student Operations, Student Ambassador, and Body & Mind teams, you will promote key events like the Student Academies and Info Nights. From writing copy to designing visuals and managing social media posts, you’ll play a central role in our communication efforts. The role offers creative freedom and the chance to develop your skills in content creation, storytelling, and digital marketing—while contributing to a more inclusive leadership landscape.

Operations Associate Aarhus

We are looking for students to join our team, and help plan and facilitate our Students Academies. You will be responsible for brainstorming and developing content for the Academy, which happens each semester. You’ll be communicating with participants, speakers, and our multiple business partners, as well as acquiring new partners and sponsors, and creating new material for our participants.

Head of Finance

We are looking for a new Head of Finance to organise and plan the finances in Female Leadership Academy. You will work on our budgeting, finances, invoices, as well as seeking out potential funds for FLA. We value experience or studies within finance, but most importantly, we expect you to show us that you are able to take ownership of your tasks, and eager to help FLA grow.
