We are looking for students who want to join our new Aarhus team as Student Ambassadors!
Who are we
At Female Leadership Academy, we’re on a mission to increase diversity in leadership. We launched our first Academy back in 2020, and since then we’ve helped over +5000 students and professionals develop their leadership skills and get a head-start in their careers.
The role
As a Student Ambassador, you will play a vital role in bringing the Female Leadership Academy (FLA) closer to the student community in Aarhus. You’ll help strengthen awareness of our mission, promote our events and academies, and foster meaningful engagement with students across universities. You will take part in planning and executing initiatives to promote the Students’ Academy Info Night and the Academies themselves, including organizing coffee handouts and other activities on campus.
Who are you?
You want to be part of a team of highly engaged volunteers who believe deeply in the purpose of FLA. We’re looking for someone who is proactive, reliable, and excited to be part of a team of engaged volunteers. You want to help amplify the FLA mission at your university (Aarhus University, VIA University College, Erhvervsakademi Aarhus (EAAA), DMJX among others) to increase diversity in leadership. You are also super organized and detail-oriented, love making connections, and building networks. You know the ins and outs of what’s happening at your university, how to reach your fellow students and how to identify the right promotional platforms for FLA. You will be able to work closely with the other teams in FLA, including student operations.
Time
We expect approximately 5 hours of work per week, where you will work in close collaboration with other ambassadors of the operations team, along with occasional meetings with the broader FLA team. The workload may vary, and it is significantly lower during exam periods.
